The huge, three-part work is inspired by Francis Bacon. Inspired by his triptychs, the red-orange in the background, his subjects and the great and big show at Center Pompidou in Paris in 2019.
The work contains quotes from art, for example from Picasso and Rose Wylie, from Andy Warhol and Francis Bacon themselves, as well as autobiographical references.
